Please click on the ACC Form above and complete it if you wish to do anything to your yard or to the exterior of your house.  This includes painting your house unless you are painting the same color as it currently is painted AND has a community standard white garage door and trim.   Approval for a project may not be processed until all pertinent information has been submitted (including but not limited to any PERMIT required by the City of Fort Pierce, landscaping or building plans, liability insurance forms from the contractor, etc.) and is not valid until written approval from the ACC is granted to the homeowner.  No approval will be granted prior to fourteen (14) days nor later than thirty (30) days after all information has been submitted.  Remember that we are a deed restricted community and the responsibility of the ACC is to see that all homes conform to community wide standards.  Homes that do not conform to those standards are considered to be in violation.
